Raw material

01

The journey begins with high-quality steel wires, selected for their strength and durability. These wires form the backbone of every screw, ensuring consistency and reliability right from the start.

Heading

02

In the heading process, the steel wire is transformed through a powerful blow. Using precision cold forging, the wire is struck into a mold, creating the head shape with exact dimensions. This critical step determines the screw’s design and strength, setting it apart for specific applications.

Rolling

03

The partially formed screws move to the rolling process, where threads are meticulously crafted along the shank. Advanced rolling machines press the threads into place with accuracy, ensuring a perfect fit and secure fastening capability.

Heat Treatment

04

To achieve maximum strength and durability, screws undergo heat treatment in our in-house facility. Capable of operating 24 hours a day, this ensures that production flows seamlessly without delays, enhancing the screws’ resilience for high-performance applications.

Plating

05

With strength in place, the screws are coated in a protective layer. This step provides corrosion resistance and a smooth finish, ensuring the screws perform flawlessly even in challenging conditions.

Packaging

06

Every screw is carefully inspected and neatly packaged to preserve its quality. Whether delivered in bulk or custom sets, they arrive ready for seamless application.
